Tribal Claims
Lands that are claimed as property by Our people shall be listed for public viewing and notice to the public of our intent and authority to occupy Our former estate. Case number, date of claim, and statement that notice has been provided to local jurisdiction and that no filing is intended to evade any lawful duty established by the Supreme law.
Probate Filings
If you or your assigns believe you have any interests in a matter being adjudicated within Our Probate Court please use correspondence as provided in your notice or contact the Clerk here and provide your name/title, you office contact, and the nature/subject of the matter and a member from the Clerk's office will follow up with you as soon as possible.
Tribal Judgements and Orders
Tribal Judgements and Orders of Protection and the like shall be made available for public viewing as soon as reasonably possible.
