Tribal Permits

The Al'Maurii Khan Nation, by Clan Mother authority under Artcle 6 Sec 1 of the A.K.N. Tribal Constitution, is authorized to assign licensing where needed according to business purposes of tribe and issue permits to it's members/citizens that wish to reserve or protect any substantive rights granted by their Creator. No permit/license issued by this Tribal government shall be construed to deprive any member/citizen of their substantive rights, privileges, or immunities conferred by operation of law, i.e.inheritance.

All permits or charters issued by the Tribe and or recorded with the Tribe are Tribal Trust property and shall be given full faith and credit according to their Most Favored Nation standing and Article IV and Article VI of the Constitution for the united States of America when presented to agents of the United States and the several States.
