Origins

We the People of the Al’Maurii Khan Nation of Moors are part and parcel to this land through our paleo-American blood ties and being also descendants of ancient Carthaginian [Numidians, Mauritanians, Tyrians, etc.] peoples that annexed the North American lands to the North African Carthage Empire; and are heir to Treaty rights under the 1787-1836 Treaty between the United States and the Sultan of Morocco, the Treaty of Hidalgo, Adams-Onis Treaty, the Treaty of Versailles, and many more, inclusive of and not limited to rights secured by secular agreements immortalized in the Earthen ground and identified within the various holy texts of the World. Our tribal rights and the limitations of the United States and their agencies are defined under said treaties and the Constitution for the Al’Maurii Khan Tribal Nation of Moors of North America. We are the Moors of antiquity who have endeavored to bring light to the Minds of those seeking to make better Men and Women of themselves.

WE ARE AMERICAN NON-CITIZEN NATIONALS 

The  Nationality Act of 1940 sanctions the distinction between American  nationality, including American citizenship, and American nationality,  devoid of American citizenship. 4 In terms of this statute, American  citizenship embraces in addition to those privileges and (or) duties  which are inherent in American nationality, such as the possibility of  diplomatic protection by the United States 41 and the body of  obligations customarily referred to as "permanent allegiance," 41 the  existence of those rights which only a "citizen" enjoys under the  Constitution. However, even recent legislation occasionally uses the  term "citizen" in a wider sense embracing any American national 9  Filipinos, before the independence of the Philippine Islands, are the  most conspicuous recent specimen of American non-citizen nationals.60 It  has been suggested that before a special statute made American Indians  citizens, they should have been considered non-citizen nationals of the  United States.51 Lawyers who at an earlier period of American history  denied to native-born free Negroes the status of American citizens 52  but nevertheless held them eligible for the diplomatic protection of  this country 13 seem not to have realized the technical possibility of  construing their status as that of non-citizen nationals, although, with  regard to declarant aliens or aliens with First Papers,34 Secretary of  State Marcy, in his note of September 26, 1853 concerning the Koszta  affair, appears to have raised the point that a person may be a national  of the United States, without being an American citizen.35 The  prevailing opinion seems to be that declarant aliens are not American  nationals, since it has been settled that they are not within this  country's diplomatic protection,"6 and those anomalies which previously  singled out their conditions from that of other aliens no longer exist.pgs. 66 - 67 [1946] Vol. 56:58 YALE LAW JOURNA

 The  Al'Maurii Khan Nation of Moors of North America are a distinct and  permanent population of people having descended from the indigenous  populations of the dominions of Northwest and Southwest Amexem [Moorish  (dominions) lands contemporary/commercially labeled the Americas]. They  are a Matriarchal government that does acknowledge the Throne of the  Kingdom of Morocco as being the seat of power for the Moorish Empire and of which the United States and its citizens are permanently attached. Washington Letter to Sultan of Morocco.  US CITIZENS PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS AS COMMERCIAL  CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES IN MOORISH DOMINIONS STYLED AS INDIAN  COUNTRY IN YOUR FEDERAL CODES.

In  fact, the blood members of the people herein identified as Moors, and  mis-labeled African-American, Black, Negro, Colored, Puerto Rican, et  al. pejorative terms, are those people who missed the use of their  titles and name annexations which are used in accordance with the  doctrines of the religious faith to which they are adherents. They are  also heirs to treaty rights and privileges granted them by their Moorish  ancestors. Consider that the 1845 records of the United States  regarding the annexation of Texas acknowledges that Mexico properly  belongs to the Moorish people and their Indian associates. Using the map  projections/calculations from the (1819 Adams-Onis Treaty/) Florida  Purchase and the (1803) Louisiana Purchase it can be easily seen that  “Mexico” territory extended as far North as 42nd latitude. Keep in mind  that Mexico evolved from wars with the Spanish Crown and that the  Spanish Crown secured its rights in America through the Bull Papels and  the Fall of the Moorish Empire, esp. at Granada. This is very important  because the Moors built castles in the American islands. The most  significant to this cause is the castle in Boriquen (Puerto Rico). It  should be noted that the tribal nationals bearing the surnames Rivera,  Alvarado, and Gonzales are descended from Boriquen and recognized by the  Spanish Crown as being descendants of Moors and or Jews forced to leave  Spain. The United States views these people [mis-labeled Puerto Rican]  as non-citizens having the right to govern themselves under their own  laws and standards just like the people called Indians and Negros /  African-Americans on the mainland.

These  facts further validate the claims of the Al’Maurii Khan people as being  both Moorish and American by blood. When researching the United States  census records regarding tribal members bearing the surname Satterwhite  it has been found that their Moorish ancestors were resident in Texas  territory as far back as ca. 1900.

Then  there are the tribal members bearing the Surname Beckworth. They are  blood descendants of the Beckworth-Butler union between Arthur Beckworth  and Ruthel Butler whose families had been settled in the Eumassee  territory which was divided into estates named Georgia, North Carolina,  and Florida all of which would eventually become territories under the  United States.

The  Coopers and the Ruckers of the Al’Maurii Khan also have a similar story  by their being born within and resident in Eumassee territory  hypothecated into European estates. The  Satterwhite-Cooper-Rucker-Bullard-Butler-Rivera-Alvarado-Gonzalez-Richardson-Casilus  connection is by blood and sealed by Solomon to these lands. These  people are in fact de jure Moors, heirs of treaty rights, having never  knowingly declared that they are quitting Morocco or abandoning their  allegiances to their Moorish pedigree [/sovereign].

Colonial  states have traditionally acknowledged their ancestors as being foreign  to their [United States] jurisdictions and outside of the protections  of their "free" societies, except by means of a treaty. This proof can  be found in various legislative acts of the United States and  the opinions of their highest courts. The people of this tribe are best  described as Moors and define themselves as Children of God or the Most  High under ecclesiastic law. Politically speaking they  are Moors, Moorish-Americans, Porto Ricans, Boriquens, Indians, Native  Americans, i.e. non-citizen nationals or non-immigrant aliens,  authorized to enter United States jurisdiction for commercial reasons as  a result of a treaty.

Phenotypically,  the Al'Maurii Khan people resemble mixed Berber tribes of Morocco whose  skin complexions range from a dark brown or ruddy hue to a very light  brown (beige like). Their hair is black or red and the texture is  usually very curled or kinked. Some have what is called 'Locks' [the  hair is tightly weaved within itself, often  permanent]. Tattoos, piercings, skin and hair dyes are also very  popular. They are of average height, medium build, and like their  ancestors are very athletic and fond of ball games.

To  date, these people still communicate with one another through sounds,  colors, symbols, and hand gestures along with a blend of aboriginal  [Arawak, Taino, Algonquin, et al. tongues/] sounds blended  with various colonial languages of Spanish, French, and English, usually  referred to as SLANG or broken colonial languages, i.e.  PATUA, CREOLE, or PUERTO RICAN [SPANGLISH]. 

Islamism  is their main religion but they acknowledge as prophets Jesus,  Muhammed, and Bhudda. They use trinkets, rocks, sticks, and water in  their rituals and ceremonies. There is also a tendency of these people  to speak with their ancestors, the Spirits and or Nature to resolve  personal, communal, and other affairs. Most, if not all, of them  acknowledge their being guided by the Zodiac and believe deeply the same  about everyone else. They are in fact Moorish Scientists and very  tolerant of all religious beliefs and tenements. 

Their  location is North America, specifically the Southeast region referred  to as Eumassee / Timicua territory, near Khasime [Kissimmee, Florida,  United States of America, Moorish Dominions]. 

The Moors of the Americas, esp. the United States, have been branded Negro, Black, and Colored. We are not Estelusti either, as it too is just another way of trying to wiggle out of treaty obligations to Moors by some federal corporations of the United States. We are not West Indians or VI (Virgin Islanders)… we are Moorish Americans or Arawak Moors, Iroquios Moors, Eumassee Moors, Lenape Moors, Sri Lankan Moors, Taino Moors, Haitian Moors, Jamaican Moors, Dominican Moors, … in other lands we would be Filipino Moors, Brit Moors, Songhai Moors, Malian Moors, Moroccan Moors, Fulani Moors, Senegalese Moors & so on…, these Moors around the world are our family. The label African-American is not a nationality and neither is White, Black, Indian, Latino, or Puerto Rican as is affirmed by the fact that these names were given or adopted by indigenous people through colonialism. Many of us are so far removed from the term Moor & the high culture attached thereto that we think it does not apply to us. To date the undeclared Moorish American population of the United States are murdered in cold blood and without recourse. This is not to say that others are not murdered by the same hands or in equivalent or proportionate numbers. The fact is that we are all Moors, declared or not, and this American land is Our Moorish dominions & home country and the murderers are more often than not peoples with allegiances to agencies and agendas which are organized under the Inquisition or Magna Charta principles. Many times, we are mocked or regarded as history thieves by peoples whose ancestors are documented immigrants or whom themselves are of cultures that admit their own ancestors immigrated to their contemporary residences within nation-states established within the old Moorish empire. We are Moors, that’s it and if you feel our claims of entitlement to lands and resources are too grandiose please keep in mind that Europeans came to us with an image of a redeemer of Man that resembled our brutalizers and claimed that our conditions under the sword were ordained by the Creator and his son, the redeemer. They were not the first to use this method and probably won’t be the last, especially keeping in mind that they too were fed a similar line based upon the fact that original pictures of the Holy Mother and Her Son are of a dark-complexioned woman and her child. We are Moorish Americans whose skin colors and hair vary from very light to dark brown or black. Our Moorish ancestors being involved in the original Union are the reason for the Amerikanos’ (through the name styled the United States of America) ability to secure a treaty to do business with the Moorish Empire so as to ensure that Moors and Moorish subjects would be protected under the laws of the young colony as was customary in international laws between foreign nations. In other words, they owe our ancestors and us a lot more than voting privileges.
