APPROVED EXTENSION OF TRIBAL ORDER - AKN-TRI-ADM Doc. 2021-02609 Filed: 07/19/2021 2:07 P.M.: Tribal Council approved Order of Protection to extend CDC and/or Tribal order for temporary halt in residential evictions to prevent further spread of COVID-19. Extended until 12/31/2021 in accordance with Tribal laws and applicable local law provisions and other acts to prevent the spread of infectious disease. 

07/26/2021. TRIBAL ORDINANCE 404.5 AL'MAURII KHAN NATION RESTORATION ACT OF 2021 -   

The purpose of this Ordinance is to evidence approval by the Tribal Council of the request for AL’MAURII KHAN NATION RESTORATION ACT OF 2021 and to streamline the protection of our tribal members rights and liberties as described in Our Tribal Constitution and Codes, established for the benefit of ourselves and our posterity in accordance with Our Customs and Traditions, the local laws, the Supreme laws of the land and International law doctrines in support of the same based upon treaty agreements and obligations inherited by the Congress of the United States (sic. U.S. Congress) through the AL’MAURII KHAN NATION RESTORATION ACT OF 2021.

11/19/2022. SUPREME COURT / TRIBAL COUNCIL CASE NO. AKN-TRI-SC000822 CASE OPENED: 11/22/2022 4:17 P.M.: Tribal Council of Justice through the Tribal Court upon its own motion decides that Brother Grey Hawk El may need protection of his tribal rights from being prejudiced by and through color of law because of previous condition of servitude. Update: 12/8/2022 11:45 P.M.: The Case Summary from Polk County Clerk reflects that the  TRIBAL ORDER AND WARRANT OF AUTHORITY is not on the record. The Writ of Error and Writ of Removal were filed as Letter/Correspondence, in spite of the instructions that were provided to the clerk.

12/20/2022. SUPREME COURT / TRIBAL COUNCIL CASE NO. AKN-TRI-SC000751 CASE OPENED: 12/04/2022 11:02 A.M.: Tribal Council of Justice through the Tribal Court upon its own motion decides that  Sister Rosalie Lee Grier Jenkins-Bey may need protection of her tribal rights from being prejudiced by and through color of law because of previous condition of servitude. 

08/04/2023. SUPREME COURT / TRIBAL COUNCIL CASE NO. AKN-TRI-SC001053 CASE OPENED: 08/03/2023 1:32 P.M.: Tribal Council of Justice through the Tribal Court upon its own motion decides that Brother Grey: Hawk El needs protection of his tribal rights, religious freedom, and treaty rights from agents of County of Polk from continuing to deny their duty to Brother Grey: Hawk El and the Al'Maurii Khan Tribal Trust the right to protection of property from being conscripted under the color of law for the benefit of the "government" without compensation. Update: 12/26/2023 8:00 A.M.: Defendants remain in Default to Plaintiff, Brother Grey: Hawk El. All motions by plaintiff dismissed by the court administrators. No reply to the Writ of Error and Default from Supreme Court / Tribal Council. Polk County Clerk of Court has closed U.S. Accounts / Criminal Case Numbers  2023CT002700A000BA,  2023CT002702A000BA, and  2023CT001486A000BA.

10/19/2023. SUPREME COURT / TRIBAL COUNCIL CASE NO. AKN-TRI-SC010276 CASE OPENED: 01/10/2024 1:33 P.M.: Tribal Council of Justice through the Tribal Court upon its own motion decides that  Mother Raguel Marie Bizaretty Bey requires protection of her tribal rights, religious freedom, and treaty rights from agents of County of Hernando, STATE OF FLORIDA(INC.), and FLORIDA HIGHWAY PATROL from continuing to deny their duty to Mother Raguel Marie Bizaretty Bey and the Al'Maurii Khan Tribal Trust the right to protection of property from being conscripted under the color of law for the benefit of the "government" without compensation. Update: 01/16/2024 3:16 P.M.: TRIBAL PROTECTION ORDER, evidencing the contracting rights of the tribe, the jurisdiction of the tribal court, and the rights of all Tribal Nationals traveling by way of roads and paths set upon our ancestral homelands, and is filed in reply to  HERNANDO COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT (Commercial establishment)/ U.S. Domestic Account Case(s) No. 272023TR012508TRAXMX and CITATION NO. AI28VIE. Update: 02/16/2024 4:02 P.M.: Defendants remain in default, subpoena from clerk sent to Fla Highway Patrol. Tribal Court to assume jurisdiction over matter as a result of the errors.

05/06/2024. TRIBAL ORDER No. AKN-05A24 cms1 - Tribal Orders  from the offices of Sagamoor or the Clan Mothers for the establishment of a Tribal Banking Code for the reservation of rights of Moors of the Al'Maurii Khan Nation when entering into any contracts and or commercial agreements.
