THE TRIBAL CODES, COURT LAWS AND CASES, ORDERS, AND JUDGMENTS ELECTRONICALLY FILED HEREIN ARE DE JURE VALID AND AUTHORIZED UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE AL'MAURII KHAN NATION PURSUANT ARTICLE 8 SEC. 2 OF CONSTITUTION FOR THE AL'MAURII KHAN, THE MOORISH ZODIAC CONSTITUTION, ARTICLE VI OF CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, 1787-1836 TREATY BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND SULTAN OF MOROCCO, INCLUSIVE AND NOT LIMITED TO THE CAMP HOLMES TREATY, TREATY OF HIDALGO, ADAMS-ONIS TREATY, ET AL.
Tribal members of the Al'Maurii Khan Nation are obligated to uphold and support the laws of this tribal government which has been instituted for the better governing of ourselves in accordance with international law principles and the security and protection of our tribal identity as Moorish-Americans or native American Aborigine or Moors, proper, enforcing treaty rights and obligations which cannot ever be suspended under the Supreme laws of the land, which we share as a matter of Divine Right, through the will of A.L.L.A.H.
